General questions
If you cannot log in to the app, please check the following:
• On the login page, the first field in the form is the Username field. Make sure you enter your Username and not your email address.
• Double-check your password.
• Use the eye icon in the password field to reveal your password and make sure it is entered correctly.
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password option on the login page.
If you cannot import images into the application, please check the following:
• Check the upload speed of your internet connection, as this is the most common reason for problems when using an online application.
• For the fastest import times and best performance, import your images from a local source, such as your computer, an external hard drive, or a USB drive. Importing images directly from online storage services such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox will result in slower import speeds, because the images must first be downloaded from the cloud storage service and then uploaded again to the SDS server. This additional transfer takes more time and may significantly slow down the import process.
• Make sure you are using the latest version of the application. Clear your browser’s cache and perform a hard refresh of the application page.
If the application is not loading correctly, please check the following:
• Refresh the application page.
• Clear your browser’s cache.
• Make sure you are using a modern browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
• Check your internet connection.
Yes, in SDS you can make as many duplicates of an album as you want and also changing their size during the process. This comes very handy when you want to create smaller albums for the parents of the couple. Then you can change some spreads and do all the necessary changes you’ve been asked to, without worrying about your main album.
To do this, from the initial form go to the album you want, from the Stored Albums list and click on the Duplicate Album button. On the form that will appear, type the name of the album and change the size of it, from the size fields. Press on the Duplicate button and in a couple of seconds your duplicate will be ready.
Images related questions
To do this, click the Import Images button located in the upper-right corner of the screen. Once the import is complete, a message will appear, informing you that the import is complete. After you see the message you can begin creating your spreads. Please note that the maximum number of images allowed per import is 200 images.
For the best experience, import your images from your computer, or an external hard drive, rather than from cloud storage services such as OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox. This provides much faster import times and a smoother import process.

You can change the order that your spreads appear in you album just by using the Move Up – Move Down buttons, that are located at the bottom left side, under each spread. Either button moves the current spread UP or DOWN in the sequence. The names of the spreads are given automatically by the app, you don't have to rename your spreads.
Or for easier page managment you can use the Spread Manager of the app.
Using the Spread Manager, you can drag and rearrange spreads, change their order, and delete unwanted spreads. This makes managing large albums faster, easier, and more efficient.
In order to have your spreads in high resolution files, suitable for printing, you have to Export them from the App. Just open the Export menu of the App and select Export for Print from the menu.
In the form that appears, enter your SELDEX Order ID. You will receive this after placing your order and completing your payment. This is required before the export can proceed.

Workflow related questions
Web Proof allows you to share your album design with your client online, so they can review the spreads and provide feedback directly through the application.
After exporting the Web Proof, your client receives an email invitation with a link to view the album. They can navigate through the spreads, add comments to specific pages, and submit their feedback.
Once feedback is submitted, you will receive an email notification. If changes are required, the email will also show which spreads need attention and the requested changes, so you know exactly what needs to be updated before opening the application again.
All previous comments and replies remain available, making the entire approval process simple, organized, and easy to follow.
No. Web Proof is completely online. Your clients do not need to install any software or application. They can simply open the link from the email invitation and review the album directly in their browser from any device.
The cover option is available only for Boutique, Lifestyle, and Guest Book album types. The slipcase option is available only for Lifestyle albums.
To create a cover or slipcase, navigate to the Products screen. In the Existing Products panel, find the album you want to create a cover or slipcase for, and click the blue icon with the Create Album Cover tooltip.
Select the paper type, Matte or Lustre, and click the Create Album Cover button.
The App will automatically calculate the required size of the cover or slipcase based on the number of spreads and the selected paper type, and create it at the correct size for you.
All you have to do is create the layout you want. Once you have finished your design, export it for print.
The Shapes tool is mainly used for decorative purposes. You can add shapes to your layouts to create coloured areas or other visual elements that complement your design.
For example, you could use a shape to add a block of colour to a children's album or to create a simple decorative background.
Shapes are purely decorative and do not accept images.
Images cannot be deleted from a Montage Frame, as the frame has fixed openings for each image. To replace an image, simply drag another image onto the existing image. The new image will automatically replace it.
SDS is used to design and prepare your files for printing. The actual product order is placed separately through the SDS website.
For products such as Canvas, Montage Frames, and Frame Mounts, SDS allows you to see how your image will look on the selected product template and make any necessary adjustments before exporting.
For example, with Canvas and Montage Frames, you can position and crop your image while seeing how it will appear on the finished product. With Frame Mounts, you can see how the image will look behind the selected mat and prepare the file with the correct crop for printing.
Once you are happy with your design, export the file for print. The export will require the Order ID provided when you placed your order for the product.
