Images related questions
There are many ways of importing images in EDA. You can Import folders containing images or import just images. To import a folder of images click on the Import Folder button and select the folder you want to import. After the images have been imported you can organize them in groups if you wish.
Now, if you want to import just a number of images use the Import Images button or simply drag them in EDA from any folder on your computer and they will be imported.
Since EDA does not copy your images but imports them by reference you should not remove your external hard drives and storage media while you are creating or exporting your pages.

Troubleshooting (6)
Please make sure that the number of digits of the images you are importing are the same. For example, if you have 3 images named AVG-10, AVG-093 and AVG-100 the images will be sorted with the AVG-093 first, AVG-10 second and AVG-100 last. Make sure you name all your images with the same number of digits, e.g 4 digits, like AVG_0001, AVG_0002 and so on.
EDA uses the version of Photoshop that was last installed on your computer. However, if I you install an older version of Photoshop and sometime later you remove it EDA will try to find this version, since it is the last written in the computer’s registry. To solve the problem, go to your Control Panel and simply repair the version of Photoshop you have installed. Also, if you are using any of the latest versions of Photoshop CC 2019+2020 make sure that the Image Interpolation method, in the Preferences-General is set to Bicubic (best for smooth gradients) and not to Bicubic Automatic.
EDA uses a smart image management for saving size on disk. For doing this, thumbnails of your original images are created while you import them, but the images remain in their current location on disk and are used by reference. So if you rename or move the images from their imported location, EDA will not be able to find them and the “Image not found” message will be displayed.
The path and the name of the image that was not found will be displayed in the message body. Rename it or move it to its original location to fix the problem.
Please make sure that the folder name of the images you want to import is written in the English language.
